Final do ano já está ai em? Quem diria que tudo passaria tão rápido amigas, eu fico espantada as vezes como os dias tem de abreviado de uma maneira, que nunca vi antes. mas isso é um bom sinal, graças  a Deus. 

Agora amiga vem cá, eu tenho certeza que você tem metas que ainda não foram cumpridas esse ano, não é ? Por isso eu vim aqui para te propor um desafio: Cumprindo metas que ainda estão só no papel.

Eu sei que esse pode ser um desafio que te tire da sua zona de conforto, mas é isso o que queremos mesmo, que você vá e ultrapasse os seus limites (limite que na sua cabeça, existe), sem colocar uma medida de até onde você pode ir, só vai amiga, mostre para si que vale a pena um bom investimento em você.

Falando de mim, eu quero nesse mês de novembro que vai se iniciar, não falhar na academia. Eu estava com uma constância zero, me sentia até mal por não estar indo, já que envolve muito a minha saúde. Mesmo que eu não tenha nenhum problema de saúde preciso me cuidar o quanto antes, então isso eu já voltei a fazer nesse mês de outubro mesmo. 

Continuar a ler os livros de onde parei. Tenho um que ainda está inacabado, quero muito terminar ele, é maravilhoso, mas a procrastinação me fez parar, e quero muito retomar a tudo. 

E pra finalizar minhas metas citadas aqui, voltar a ter constância no meu devocional. Para quem não sabe, devocional é um tempo que você tira para ler a bíblia, ter um momento com Deus. Não posso de jeito nenhum abrir mão disso.
